Opinion:- The international community is guilty of promoting the corrupted single tribe show in the so called Somaliland warlords,
the plight of the SSC region and the refugees that fled the massacre that’s been committed by the SNM terrorist group.
Since October 2007 Crimes against peace loving people of SSC have steadily increased, costing thousands of lives while serious human rights abuses continue to increase across this region.
The international community provides the ammunition and weapons for the Somaliland terror group.
The question is why is the world funding and supporting such terrorist groups and training its forces to commit crimes against humanity?
It is quite apparent that the UN, AU, EU, IGAD, ARAB LEAGUE and OIC are not adopting the principal of taking to court the Somaliland politicians and warlords who have committed crimes against humanity, such as war lord Ahmed Mohamed Mohamoud AKA Siilaanyo the president of the single tribe administration of Somaliland. While paradoxically, processes against errant leaders and warlords accused of committing similar crimes in countries such as Kenya, Sudan, Rwanda, Cambodia, Sierra Leone, Liberia and others had been instituted.
Why this application of double standards in addressing the issue of crimes against humanity in the world?
The trial, which brought the highest-ranking survivors of Hitler’s Third Reich, including such men like Hermann Goering, Rudolf Hess and Albert Speer to justice, was set out to establish a new international code of law to deter individuals from initiating acts of war. Regrettably, however, the Somaliland war makers who prefer violence as an alternative to peaceful resolution of problems, those who believe in conquest as a path to power, have chosen to ignore its noble intent.
To name few of the warlords in Somaliland; Ahmed Mohamed Mohamoud (Siilaanyo), Mohamed Kaahin, Abdirahman Mohamed (Ciro) and Faysal Ali Warabe are criminals who have EU Passports and are committing crimes under the EU umbrella.
When will the world wake up and serve justice for the SSC people?
In Conclusion, I always thought that the war crimes act was to make individuals responsible” for the wars they start.
Ahmed Mohamed Siilaanyo is responsible for the massacre of the SSC people and must pay the price of the crimes he has committed.
