PROPSAL FOR SELECTION AND FUNDING:

   

) The selection will be based on
qeysiga saddex geesood ah.

2) Where there are effective and
functional Diaspora Beesha Committees, the selection of the delegates from
their constituencies will be their responsibility.

 

2) Where there are no functional
Committees, the former 9 and the added 6 Wise men will take up the task, with
wider consultations among the beesha, for selecting the delegates as was done
during the selection of G15 Gudiga Qurbajooga.

 

3) Costs of travel etc for all  Diaspora delegates will have to be self-financed either by their communities or  by the beesha ay ka soo jeedaan.
